Located in Bremen, Germany, Constructor University was founded in 1999. It was founded with support from the University of Bremen, the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, and Rice University in Houston, Texas.  

Spanning a 34-hectare campus approximately 17 kilometres from Bremen’s city centre, it offers a peaceful environment. It has a multitude of students, more than 2,000 from over 110 countries. The campus incorporates the latest architectural designs while seamlessly blending them with traditional gabled brick buildings and over 5,600 square metres of modern laboratory facilities. Students have the option to live in one of four residential colleges.

Constructor University admits students through a single annual intake in September, marking the beginning of its Fall Semester. All programs commence exclusively in September, making it the primary entry point for international and domestic students. The university adheres to the application procedure timelines to ensure a hassle-free admission process. The Early Action period runs from October to February and is for undergraduate applicants who can apply and will receive an earlier decision. Applications will thereafter be received on a Rolling Admissions basis, subject to the availability of seats. To ensure that applications are processed and visas are issued, graduate applicants are required to apply within the deadline for their program.
